 Qualifications:

The owner of Wellness Atmosphere, a diploma-qualified meditation instructor and diploma-qualified Well-Being Coach, will be hosting this retreat. 

Kimberley is also degree-qualified in branding, public relations, creative writing, and journalism and has an MBA (Bond) and BA (Poetry and Literature) from Sydney University. 

The retreat will be held on the extensive grounds of the owner; it has multiple quiet and sacred spaces, rattan ceilings, Bali huts, a gas-lit pool and grounds, and a 20-metre pool. Relaxation spaces abound with a Balinese hammock, egg chair, 20-metre pool, sundeck, and Astroturf to work out. We will create a sacred space inside the residence with soft light amethyst crystal lamps and rose quartz lamps to set the atmosphere for yoga and meditation sessions. Each session will feature a different room fragrance from the Wellness Atmosphere collection to help guests set their intention for each relaxation technique, meditation, or activity. 

 

Enjoy a delectable seafood-based menu daily and a full buffet hotel breakfast. Each day begins with yoga, followed by a sumptuous breakfast buffet at The Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove. Our private chef is a well-known yoga teacher and the convenor of the Noosa Wellness Festival. 

Each guest will receive a $100 voucher in the Wellness Atmosphere shop, which includes Bemboka Blankets, Wellness Items, Large Crystals, and an assortment of beauty items, including LED Masks.

Private Chef and yoga instructor Belinda Sale is the convener of the Noosa Wellness Festival, and she will be our private chef and yoga instructor for the weekend.
