If you don't like sharing your space at wellness facilities with other guests, join our intimate group to enjoy private use of wellness facilities, mineral, cold plunge pools, floatation, Turkish steam rooms, cryotherapy, Infrared Steam Rooms and private dining experiences. 

Immerse yourself in self-care and wellness experiences, each venue is booked out for our exclusive use, decadent clean menu, receive a complimentary massage, learn new meditations that are useful for stress reduction and to help to create the life that you want.

 

Meditation

We will learn an assortment of meditations to practice at home. Meditation helps to take you out of Beta state, into Alpha state, and into Theta state. It lowers cortisol levels, can be used as a stress control technique, to release trauma, heal and balance, and to boost mood. 

Our instructor is a qualified meditation coach, having completed an internationally recognized one-year course. We will learn and adopt several meditation techniques. Each retreat guest will receive four A4 meditation cards to take home with them so that they can use what they have been practicing to control stress, relaxation, and improve brain and physical health. This experience includes practical methods, guided meditations, and meditations that will assist with visualizing your goals and changing your mindset. 

Himalayan Salt Room Experience Saturday 

We have reserved a Himalayan Salt Room for our group. As you recline and relax we will learn 3 Deep Breathing techniques. Good for the parasympathetic nervous system, we will learn an anti-stress breathing technique to take us from the Sympathetic Nervous System (Fight or Flight) into the Parasympathetic Nervous System (Rest and Digest.) This is our Yoga Nidra Meditation, we learn a few breathing techniques and some Thich Nhat Hanh techniques and a body scan. 

Rigs Recovery and Wellness Centre 

Cryotherapy, Cold plunge, Infrared Sauna, Mineral Pools Saturday 

After our Himalayan Salt Room experience, we will enjoy the facilities at a large wellness and recovery center that will be booked out for the exclusive use of our group after hours. There is a cold plunge pool, mineral pool, a cryotherapy unit for the body, a limited number of cryotherapy facials will be available. Our group will also have access to two Infrared Saunas.

Wellness Activities 

🦋 Trip to Wellness Centre Exclusive use for our party at highly state of the art body recovery and wellness centre, Rigs Recovery. This venue is booked out for our exclusive use. Enjoy a heated mineral pool, large ice bath, Infrared Sauna, Cryotherapy Facials and Full Body Cryotherapy. 

🦋Rainforest Spa Wellness experience with mineral pool, exclusive use for our party. We will learn a Rainforest Meditation, enjoy champagne and a seafood picnic by a fireplace and enjoy a heated Mineral Pool, Infrared Sauna and Turkish Steam Room.
