Join us for a deeply relaxing day of guided meditation, yoga and sound healing. 

Enjoy one hour of Floating Crystal Singing Bowls in a 19m magnesium pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

 We break for Petit Fours from Rise Bakery with additional Vegan Options. 

Enjoy Slow Flow Yoga or Yin Yoga  on a secluded outdoor deck overlooking the Palms Golf Course at Sanctuary Cove, alternatively inside a picturesque Balinese Resort Style Home if it is too hot outside. We ask our guests on the day what their preferences are for yoga and location. 

We then walk to a nearby High End Restaurant for a 2 Course Lunch. 

Afternoon: Yoga Nidra in Shavasana on a secluded deck including a Rainforest Meditation and Goal Meditation 

Free Time: 

We break for Grazing Platter with vegan options or to journal, recalibrate and relax. 

Enjoy your choice of Infrared Sauna, swimming in a magnesium pool, sun baking or enjoying quiet time in a hammock, hanging chair or secluded Bali Hut.
