Enjoy one hour of Floating World Music Sound Therapy in a 19m magnesium pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

 We break for Petit Fours from Rise Bakery with additional Vegan Options. 

Enjoy Slow Flow Yoga on a secluded outdoor deck overlooking the Palms Golf Course at Sanctuary Cove. 

We then walk or drive to a nearby High End Restaurant for a 2 Course Lunch. Multiple food options and courses available. 

Afternoon: Yoga Nidra in Shavasana on a secluded deck including a Rainforest Meditation and Goal Meditation 

Free Time: 

We break for Grazing Platter with vegan options or to journal, recalibrate and relax. 

Enjoy your choice of Infrared Sauna, swimming in a magnesium pool, sun baking or enjoying quiet time in a hammock, hanging chair or secluded Bali Hut. 

Event finishes at approximately 5pm.
